AFETA Sets New Singapore Record with Largest Mass Aqua Fitness Event

History was made on 2 August 2025 as AFETA (Aquatic Fitness Exercise & Therapy Association), in collaboration with Sport Singapore, officially entered the Singapore Book of Records for the Largest Mass Aqua Fitness at Multiple Venues!

Spanning five venues across Singapore, this massive event brought together a record-breaking 687 participants who moved, splashed, and danced to the rhythm of aquatic fitness in unison.

🏅 Certificate Awarded: AFETA was officially recognized by the Singapore Book of Records for this achievement, reinforcing its leadership in promoting aquatic fitness across the nation.

📍 Venues Involved: The event simultaneously took place at 5 swimming complexes around the island (Bukit Canberra Swimming Complex, Delta Swimming Complex, Heatbear@Bedok Swimming Complex, Jurong West Swimming Complex and Sengkang Swimming Complex) , engaging communities from various regions and proving that aquatic fitness has a vibrant and growing presence in Singapore.
